In 1989, I opened the doors to Parthenon Greek Restaurant & Chevy Chase Lounge with one goal in mind—to share the food and hospitality that I grew up with. I wanted to create a place where every guest felt like family, where a meal wasn’t just about eating but about connection, warmth, and tradition.
